SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Friday, July 14th, 2017
~3:00-6:00PM: Packet Pickup @ JMR under the huge party tent just north of the clubhouse (also the finish line area).
~6:00PM:  Pre-Race Briefing under the big party tent.  Not "mandatory"...but don't blame anyone but yourself if your race goes off the tracks because you missed something important.  Our conditions change quickly and we reserve the right to change things around as needed, even the day before the race. Critical matters are discussed. Be there if at all possible. 

~4:30-7:30PM: Pre-Race Special Dinner.  Please reserve and pre-pay during registration on ultrasignup.  Served by JMR staff under the party tent.
~10:00PM Quiet hours in the camping area.  Pre-pay and reserve camping during registration on ultrasignup.

Saturday, July 15th (RACEDAY) 
~5:45am: 40 Milers must be checked in with race officials at the start area.  JMR Clubhouse has been open earlier (around 5AM) in past years.  We will try to do this again in 2016.
~6:00am: 40 Mile Start 
~7:30am: 20 Milers must be checked in with race officials at the start area
~8:00am: 20 Mile Start 

~8:30am: 10 Milers must be checked in with race officials at the start area 
~9:00am: 10 Mile Start 

Cutoffs for 40 Milers:
~6:00PM: Boulder Lakes Trailhead
~8:30 PM: Final Cutoff, 14hrs30mins total time for official finish. Anyone who REALLY wants to finish is going to have a great chance.  

Finish Line: When you finish, you will collect your prizes on the spot. There will be a brief awards presentation for top finishers. The BBQ will be going, so have your complimentary lunch/dinner and enjoy the surroundings. Additional meal tickets are available for $5 per person at the finish area.  We will have a variety of foods including a veggie option, so there should be something for everyone.
